PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that smooth unloading may be interfered with due to fluctuations in friction coefficients. SOLUTION: A head suspension 1 for loading/unloading is provided with a tab 11 which is guided in a sliding manner to the ramp block of a recording and reproducing device and a head 8 can be separated and moved to a retracting position from a hard disk by a sliding guide. A fine projected and recessed section to suppress the fluctuations in the friction coefficients of the sliding guide is provided to the tab 11. Roughness of the fine recessed and projected section is set so that center line average roughness Ra relative to the amplitudes of the recessed and projected section is set to >0.2μm and≤0.6μm.
