PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape winding device which rarely produces winding disorder of a tape or drop off of a tape roll even if thickness of a tape rolled around a reel is thin, and taken up reels of the tape are slippery each other. SOLUTION: The tape winding device is equipped with; a regulating guide roller 21a which feeds a magnetic tape MT toward a tape roll MT 1 while pressing a periphery of the tape roll MT 1 which is formed by the magnetic tape MT rolled around a reel 10; a touch roller 22 which presses the periphery of the tape roll MT 1; a direct acting air cylinder 5 which generates individually pressure of the touch roller 22 and the regulating guide roller 21a to the periphery of the tape roll MT 1; and a movement support member 6 which moves so that in accordance with expanding the diameter, the tape roll MT 1 is separated from an rotation axis AX1 of the reel 10 and also supports the touch roller 22 and the regulating guide roller 21a through the direct acting air cylinder 5.
