PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high value-added service based on contents of which a user requests storage while saving the labor of the user. SOLUTION: A client apparatus 5 is provided with a link information processing part which corrects information for linking or adds information regarding contents of which a user is about to request storage, and a contents reading part for reading the user contents as electronic information. A total administrator server apparatus 10 is provided with a storage apparatus for storing the contents of which the user is about to request storage and information for linking to the contents, and a predetermined contents management part which accepts selection edition of the user contents from the client apparatus by online, creates resulting article contents which have been edited and processed in an easy-to-browse form according the selection edition, and stores the contents in a predetermined recording medium for delivering to the user side.
