PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed processing system in which a program stored in a computer can be utilized by another computer, and information can be utilized appropriately. SOLUTION: The distributed processing system comprises a client 50 and a server 60. The client 50 comprises: a communication part 56 for communicating information with the server 60; a callback routine part 76 for processing information at the time of callback; a callback server stub part 80 for converting information; a callback stub storage part 54 for storing three or more kinds of the information representing the correspondence; a callback stub binding part 74 for generating one of the three or more kinds of the information; a callback stub retrieval part 72 for retrieving a callback server stub; and a first client stub 108 for controlling the communication part 56. The server 60 comprises a communication part 64 for communicating information with the client 50, and a service routine in which the communication part 64 carries out the callback.
