PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a tact time of a manufacturing process by reducing the delay in an injection time by a projection in a liquid crystal display device which performs orientation control of a liquid crystal by the projection arranged inside a panel. SOLUTION: The panel is internally provided with a projecting part 28 for liquid crystal orientation control extending in one direction. The projecting part 28 is arranged in such a manner the major axis direction thereof is made nonparallel to an end side 100A of the panel provided with a liquid crystal injection port H, more specifically, in an approximately perpendicular direction.
