PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide uses over a wide range as a sound deadening sheet because of a thin and simple structure. SOLUTION: The sound deadening sheet is structured by crossing two sheets of slits, so the sound deadening sheet is usable as a sound deadening material since a sound wave is split or deformed by the slits.
