PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide charged migration particles which do not generate adhesion of the charged migration particles to a driving element or do not generate mutual flocculation of the charged migration particles, to provide electrophoretic dispersion liquid and to provide an electrophoresis display. SOLUTION: In the charged migration particles used for the electrophoretic dispersion liquid of the electrophoresis display, two or more coated layers 11 and 12 having affinities for the electrophoretic dispersion liquid different from each other are formed on the surfaces of the charged migration particles 13. The electrophoretic dispersion liquid contains the charged migration particles and a dispersion medium dispersing the charged migration particles. The electrophoresis display has a pair of substrates, at least one electrode formed on at least one of the substrates and the electrophoretic dispersion liquid interposed between the substrates and containing the charged migration particles and the dispersion medium dispersing the charged migration particles.
