PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel and interesting appearance as a pointer instrument. SOLUTION: This pointer instrument includes the first display, the second display, and light sources provided respectively in the first display and the second display, an image of the second display is juxtaposedly arranged in an under side of an image of the first display, as a display mode visible by a driver, and a time difference is set in electric power supply timings to the respective light sources to turn the light source of the first display on after turning the light source of the second display on, when supplying electric power to the each light source.
