PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin for fastening a steel plate member to a steel thick base material while allowing efficient fastening work in a fashion of improved fastened quality. SOLUTION: The connection pin comprises a number of pins 1 arranged in parallel, washers 2 fitted into the pins 1, respectively, and a connector 3 for connecting a group of pins 1. It is of a connection type, using a driving tool of a gas type for continuous driving work. The washer 3 is fitted into the midway of the shaft of the pin 1, and a tapered portion 8 is formed on the shaft 4 of the pin 1 for supporting the washer 2. Thus, a work W is pressed and fixed to a base B, independently of the depth of the pin 1 to be driven. The connector 3 is formed of a raw material less tending to ionize a zinc plate or the like, therefore preventing galvanic corrosion. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
