PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight as the whole of a truck, and to reduce the cost by simplifying a connecting structure for both of right and left side panels and a back panel of a load carrying truck which is constituted to be foldable in such a manner that the side panel on one side can be overlapped on the outside of a load supporting base which is folded into a standing up posture. SOLUTION: This load carrying truck keeps both of the right and left edges of the back panel 2 constituted of protruding sections 17a to 18b for connection. In this case, the protruding sections 17a to 18b are formed by partially projecting vertical strut sections 2a and 2b for both of the right and left edges constituting the pack panel 2 into a U shape to both of the right and left side panels 3 and 4 sides located on the front side. A vertical strut sections 19 of the protruding sections 17a to 18b for connection, and rear side vertical strut sections 3a and 4a of both of the right and left panels 3 and 4 are connected by connecting means 21 and 22. The connecting means 21 which connects the foldable side panel 3 in the connecting means 21 and 22 is equipped with a relative rotation permitting section 20 for folding the side panel 3.
