PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid rattling sound caused, when a product is shaken, due to resin waste which is formed on the tip end of a gas ejection pin protruded to pierce a resin wall in a blowing device of a blow molding machine and failing to completely pierce the wall and is separated from the tip end for some reason and remains in the product. SOLUTION: When the gas ejection pin is protruded, the male thread of a rotor into which the ejection pin is fitted is slid along the screw groove of a bushing to cause turning movement of the rotor. Therefore, when the pin which is turning passes through the resin wall, the pin can be made to pierce the resin wall without permitting the resin to stick on the ejection pin. Thus, the waste resin is prevented from remaining on the tip end of the ejection pin so that noises are avoided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
