PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a satisfactory massage effect in a handheld massage apparatus which is easily handled in massaging, so as not to tire the arm of a user, etc., is stable in massaging, and is not deviated in massage position. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a handle part 2 and a head part 3. A pair of massage balls 5, 6 are arranged and projected in the downward part of the head part 3 at prescribed interval, while being aligned in a separating direction from the handle part 2. At least one massage ball 6 is arranged to perform a massage motion by a driving part 20. The driving part 20 is arranged inside the head part 3 by positioning to allow the gravity center position of the part 20 itself to coincide with the upper part of a middle position between the massage balls 5, 6.
