<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared sensor device for detecting an infrared ray that can be miniaturized, can be lightened, and can reduce the manufacturing cost by employing an simplified constitution that does not employ a can package. <P>SOLUTION: The infrared sensor device comprises a flat optical filter 10 for selectively transmitting infrared light in a specific wavelength band; an infrared detecting element 20 of which one surface has a detecting element section 24 for detecting infrared light having transmitted through the optical filter 10; and a support body 30 that is disposed between the optical filter 10 and the detecting element forming surface 22 of the infrared detecting element 20, bonds the optical filter 10 to the infrared detecting element 20, and secures a predetermined clearance between the optical filter 10 and the detecting element forming surface 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
