<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part mounting device which is capable of applying a proper pressure to an electronic part without causing a shock to the electronic part, and also elongating a cycle time. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic part mounting device is equipped with a lifting member 13 which is movable in a vertical direction; a nozzle holder 17 supported by the lifting member 13; a nozzle body 23 provided to the tip of the nozzle holder 17; a suction head 27 which is supported by the nozzle body 23 in a manner wherein it is set relatively movable within the prescribed distance in a perpendicular axial direction, and equipped with a suction part that attracts an electronic part W1 that is to be mounted on a board W; a biasing means which biases the suction head 27 downward from the nozzle body 23; an abutment detecting means which detects the relative movement of the suction head 27 from the nozzle body 23 due to the fact that the lifting member descends so as to make the electronic part abut against the board W; and a pressing means which presses the electronic part W1 against the board W with a prescribed pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
