PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier circuit, a semiconductor integrated circuit, and an electronic apparatus which can sufficiently reduce a low-band cutoff frequency, even when including a capacitor for capacitive coupling. SOLUTION: In the amplifier circuit which amplifies a signal input via a first capacitor using an amplifier, an emitter follower circuit is provided for receiving the signal via a second capacitor and outputting the signal via a resistance to the amplifier, and a MOSFET is employed as the amplifier element of the emitter follower circuit. Therefore, a cutoff frequency of a high-pass filter formed in the amplifier circuit is significantly reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
