PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly secure user's privacy when the user uses a speech service by a handsfree system. SOLUTION: When a coming call transfer request from the user is reported to a mobile phone 2 after the mobile phone informs the user of call termination in response to the coming call from a communication enterpriser network 4, the mobile phone 2 informs on-vehicle communication equipment 3 of user discrimination information peculiar to the mobile phone 2. When being informed of the user discrimination information from the mobile phone 2, the on-vehicle communication equipment 3 transmits the informed user discrimination information and on-vehicle communication equipment discrimination information peculiar to the on-vehicle communication equipment 3 to the communication enterpriser network 4 and realizes the speech service by a handsfree system 21 in response to coming again of a call from the communication enterpriser network 4.
