PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for managing parameters to easily specifying a pair of parameters when a processing is carried out by using a pair of a camera external parameter and a camera internal parameter corresponding thereto. SOLUTION: An identifier generation unit 212 issues an identifier specific to the camera internal parameter when obtaining the camera internal parameter. An identifier description unit 214 relates the camera internal parameter to the identifier and stores them. An identifier reading unit 232 reads the identifier.
