PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus, a communication system and a communication method capable of increasing communication efficiency by suppressing the reduction of a transmission speed as much as possible even when communication quality is deteriorated. SOLUTION: Since a division ratio setting means controls the transmission speeds of respective transmission lines by setting the division ratio of data to be transmitted and a transmission data transmitting means in a communication apparatus 5 transmits transmission data divided in respective transmission lines to other communication apparatuses 5, data volume transmitted through each transmission line can be controlled in accordance with communication quality, and when the communication quality of any one of the transmission lines is deteriorated, data transmission can be interpolated by the other transmission line.
