PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desktop and wall mount electronic equipment by using only a housing and a support leg member so as to simply set a placing angle on a desktop and carry out wall mount installation. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment includes: a first form wherein the housing is provided with at its bottom side two pairs of leg support parts 31a, 32a freely removably fitted to each of parts 41, 42 to be supported and pivotally supporting the leg support member 4 at the front end and the rear end of which the parts 41, 42 to be supported in pairs are provided, and the leg support member 4 are fitted by two pairs of the leg support parts 31a, 32a and housed on the bottom side of the housing; a second form wherein only the parts 42 to be supported are removed from the leg support parts 32a, the leg support member 4 is revolved by using the leg support part 31a at the rear side of the housing as a spindle, and the placing angle is set by using the leg support member 4 to support the bottom side of the housing; and a third form wherein only the parts 41 to be supported of the leg support member 4 are removed from the leg support part 31a, the leg support member 4 is revolved by using the leg support part 32a in front of the housing for a spindle, the leg support member 4 is locked to the bottom side of the housing so that an operating face and a wall face are almost in parallel, and the housing is wall-mounted, and a user can select any of the three forms.
