摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-sensitivity Langevin-type crystal sensor facilitating its assembly work, preventing a crystal oscillator from being broken during the work, and facilitating measurement. SOLUTION: A recessed part is formed in a crystal hold member made of rubber, for example, while causing the crystal oscillator to be held on the hold member so as to cover the recessed part, thereby forming an air-tight space. Meanwhile, a hole part is provided in a wiring board to fit a projection part thereinto, with the projection part projecting on the back side of the recessed part of the hold member. A conductive adhesive is used for electrically connecting an oscillator electrode of the crystal oscillator to an electrode of the wiring board. A part of the hold member that surrounds the crystal oscillator is pressed by a lid part toward the wiring board side to form an injection space for a specimen solution, thus constructing the crystal sensor. As to such a crystal sensor, it is not feared that the crystal oscillator is directly pressed against in manufacture to cause excessive force to act on the crystal oscillator and the crystal oscillator is kept from directly touching the wiring board, preventing the crystal oscillator from being broken.
