PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly detect the arrival of a chassis at a handling position of a container yard lane. SOLUTION: In a container terminal 12, the chassis S is moved to the handling position 14B of the container C after a driver of a truck T receives a portable terminal 24 at an entrance gate 22. The portable terminal 24 sends out a terminal number linked with a container identification number when a push button 40 is pushed.
