PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishhook protector which can be used for a conventional fishhook not having a fishhook-protecting means, can prevent a fishhook from entwining with a fishing tackle or the like, can be produced at a low cost, and can highly easily be attached to the fishhook, and whose position, direction, size and the like can be adjusted in response to a target fish kind, the degree of obstacles under water in the fishing spot, the presence or absence of a tidal flow, weather conditions, the number of hooked fishes, the shape of a fishhook, and the like.
