PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistaining sheet having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which prevents the contamination of an antistaining layer caused by a release liner and develops a stable antistaining capacity. SOLUTION: The antistaining sheet is constituted by providing a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (II) covered with the release liner (III) on one side of a plastic sheet (I) and providing the antistaining layer (IV) on the other side of the plastic sheet (I). A release layer (V) formed of a release agent, which contains a polymer (A) with a weight average molecular weight of 20,000-35,000 composed of an ethylenic unsaturated monomer (a) having a polyorganosiloxane chain, an ethylenic unsaturated monomer (b) having a crosslinkable functional group and another ethylenic unsaturated monomer (c), a polymer (B) with a weight average molecular weight of 50,000-100,000 composed of the monomers (b) and (c) and a crosslinking agent (C) and is characterized in that the amount of the monomer (a) constituting the polymer (A) is 0.5-30 wt.% of the sum total amount of the polymers (A) and (B), is laminated on the contact surface with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (II) of the release liner (III).
