PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and quickly wash down contaminant intruded into dents of macadam for ballast. SOLUTION: This washing apparatus washes whole surfaces of the macadam for the ballast on a macadam reversely rotating means 5, which moves toward an outlet while reversely rotating the macadam for the ballast charged from a charging port 3 by the macadam reversely rotating means 5, by injecting high pressure washing water by a high pressure water injection mens 7.
