The device has a large medium pressure container provided with defined external valves (5,6,7) possibly swiveled inside and is replaced by a tubular mixing and air chamber. The mixing chamber (4) and the air chamber (3) are attached over tubes (1,9) and connections (2,8) to an external instrument and external source of compressed air. The pressure in the mixing chamber attained by medium compressed air may be regulated by valve system and controlled with a computer or at least a relay (16). The cleaning and care agent is atomized from air chamber and dispersed either explosively fast or in constant intervals from at least one outlet with an orifice (21) on target surface by the operator. The compactness of the external pump spray nozzle is made possible by an opposite conventional pump spray nozzle. The equipment e.g. with a conventional high pressure cleaner is combined by a retaining plate to a unit. The high pressure cleaner grasp is operated with a conducting high pressure cleaner lance (12) and with retrofitted control knob (13).
