<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric golf cart that makes it possible to reduce the frequency of starting a generator, suppress noise and shortening of the life of a starter, and reduce the ingress of exhaust gas into the cart, and to prevent a player from feeling discomfort and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The electric golf cart includes: a running motor driven using a battery as power supply, and the engine-driven generator for charging the battery.
