<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle terminal machine capable of providing various services integrally. <P>SOLUTION: This on-vehicle terminal machine 100 comprises a case for housing components, a GPS terminal machine providing current positional information of a vehicle, a key input part 120 for inputting various operations, a reader 110 reading information stored in a storage means 102, a serial communication part 126 for downloading data from the outside for upgrading, a speaker, an integrated circuit 116 modulating data into a radio signal to transmit/receive it to/from a roadside base station side, and a microprocessor ASIC 112, in which software for short-range radio communication protocol is installed for providing information based on various information and providing a selected function.
