PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a plurality of blowers, prevent large reduction of cooling capacity even when an arbitrary blower is stopped due to a trouble and provide a method for avoiding a stop of operation of an electronic device, in the electronic device for which high reliability not to allow a stop of the electronic device due to a failure or maintenance of the blower is demanded. SOLUTION: The blowing device has at least two blowers arranged side by side; and a cooling air inflow port through which cooling air is taken from the two blowers and a cooling air discharge port, and consists of an air duct for cooling air making a passage of the cooling air in common; and a partition plate situated in the vicinity of the cooling air inflow port in the air duct and having one end rotatably supported.
