PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming the anti-corrosion/waterproofing film of a concrete structure in which not only macroscopic pinholes visually confirmable even at the projected corner/recessed corner portions of a concrete structure but also floating, bulge, and microscopic pinholes are not present. SOLUTION: In this method of forming the anti-corrosion/waterproofing film, after a porous thin-film sheet is stuck on the surface of the concrete structure after a paste-like or a putty-like binder resin component having an uneven adjusting performance and a performance for impregnation in the porous thin-film sheet is applied thereto, a film forming resin material is applied onto a porous thin-film sheet impregnation layer, as necessary, through a primer layer with a brush, spatular, roller, or by spraying application to form the film.
