PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent overlap of materials to be carried by a carrying roller and a return roller adjacent to each other, so as to feed the materials one by one. SOLUTION: A feeding device has the carrying roller 2 abutted with one face of the material 1 to be carried and driven by a drive means 4 to be rotated in a direction carrying the material 1, and the return roller 3 abutted with the other face of the material 1 and driven by the drive means 4 to be rotated in a direction returning the material 1, and each roller face of the rollers are mutually opposed and disposed to be adjacent to each other.
