PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cutter capable of easily cutting an adhesive tape with one fixed cutting blade in the condition wherein a tip part of a non-adhesive tape is attached to a drawing end part of the adhesive tape, in regard to a tape cutter for obtaining a desirable length of the adhesive tape, to which the non-adhesive tape is attached to a drawing end thereof. SOLUTION: The tape cutter is structured by providing a fixed frame 8 in a front end of a cutter main body 1 provided with the rolled adhesive tape 2 and the rolled non-adhesive tape 3, and fitting the fixed cutting blade 4 to a front side of an upper end opening part of the fixed frame 8, and arranging a lever member 5 in a rear part. The lever member 5, onto which the adhesive tape 2 drawn by the predetermined length is pressed, is turned downward to rotate a front and a rear pinching rollers 12 and 13 inside the fixed frame 8, and the tip of the non-adhesive tape 3 pinched by the rollers is fed by a certain length upward from the fixed cutting blade 4, and the tape is pressingly cut by the fixed cutting blade 4 in the condition wherein the tip part of the non-adhesive tape is attached to the end of the adhesive tape 2.
