PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box whose tearing strip is not broken, which is surely unpacked, and whose strength relative to a stacking load is not reduced. SOLUTION: In forming this packaging box, each pair of a flat panel 1 and a side face panel 2 are continuously provided in a tubular shape, an end cover piece 4 extending from the panel 2 and an end cover panel 5 extending from the panel 1 are pasted together for closing an end face, a tearing strip 8 is provided from the panel 2 to the piece 4, and the cut starting point 9 of the strip 8 is formed on the panel 2. The four corners of the panel 1 are cut in a protruded arc shape. A curbed face part 7 is formed by providing a plurality of ruled lines 6 on the border of the panel 2 and the piece 4 for folding one after another along the arc shaped edge of the panel 1. A chevron-shaped cut line 10 is discontinuously formed on the panel 7 along the strip 8 so that the strip 8 to be pulled so as to wraparound smoothly from the panel 2 to the piece 4.
