PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid tank capable of preventing distortion of a bottom plate arranged in an inclined condition from generating irrespective of the installation environment and the liquid storage condition. SOLUTION: A plurality of parts in the circumferential direction of a ring frame 2 are fixed to a foundation part 1 by anchors 3, a gradient supporting member 4 whose height is gradually reduced from one end to the other end in the radial direction of the ring frame 2 is fixed on the ring frame 2, and a circumferential edge part of a circular gradient foundation frame 5 is fixed to the gradient supporting member 4. A bottom plate 11 of the tank is arranged on the gradient foundation frame 5, and fixed to the gradient foundation frame 5 by welding to form a 'shochu' (Japanese distilled spirit) tank while eliminating distortion of the bottom plate 11 arranged in the inclined condition irrespective of the installation environment and the liquid storage condition.
