<p>There is provided a television broadcast viewing system for viewing/listening vide and audio by a terminal device (1) having a monitor (1a). The system includes a television tuner unit (11) for receiving a broadcast content broadcasted via a radio wave, a net content acquisition unit (14) for acquiring a net content distributed via an IP network (4), a CM detection unit (12) for detecting a CM portion in the broadcast content being viewed, a channel management unit (13) for allocating a net content to the television channel to which no television broadcast frequency is allocated during detection of CM, and a synthesis output unit (18) for outputting a broadcast content allocated to the selected television channel or a net content by the monitor (1a). Thus, it is possible to view meaningful information which can be viewed during CM time and reduce the channel switching frequency accompanying zapping.</p> |
