<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel device capable of simultaneously processing both touch position detection by a conventional touch operation, and input processing or the like of an IC card or the like correspondingly to one touch operation, and properly adapted to an IC information terminal such as the IC card spreading in late years according to a device configuration. <P>SOLUTION: This touch panel device has: a touch panel 21 having a touch face 12; a signal processing part 31 processing a signal inputted through the touch panel 21; and an antenna 25 provided correspondingly to the touch face, performing wireless communication with the IC card 15 touching the touch face.
