<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the generation of operating sounds and vibration in releasing the liquid pressure applied to a parking brake in a brake device for a vehicle including a wheel brake side liquid pressure passage connected to a wheel brake, a liquid pressure source liquid pressure passage connected to the delivery side of a pump to be communicated with the wheel brake side liquid pressure passage, and a regulator valve interposed between the liquid pressure source liquid pressure passage and a liquid pressure generating means to regulate the liquid pressure of the liquid pressure source liquid pressure passage, wherein the parking brake state can be attained during non-brake operation time. <P>SOLUTION: When a solenoid opening and closing valve 78A interposed between the hydraulic parking brake 57 operated to attain the parking brake state according to the hydraulic action to the parking control liquid pressure chamber 62 and the wheel brake side liquid pressure passage 7B is opened after closing, the liquid pressure of the wheel brake side liquid pressure passage 7B is increased by the operation of the pump before the solenoid opening and closing valve 78A is opened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
