<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoconductive molded product of a thermoplastic elastomer composition generating no siloxane, and having not only high heat-radiating characteristics but also elasticity and flexibility; and to provide an uncrosslinked resin composition capable of forming the molded product. <P>SOLUTION: The uncrosslinked resin composition contains 100-500 pts.mass paraffinic oil and 1,000-5,000 pts.mass spherical alumina based on 100 pts.mass thermoplastic elastomer. Preferably, the uncrosslinked resin composition contains 1,000-3,000 pts.mass metal hydrate besides them.
