<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil device which can be manufactured without using adhesive and in which transfer performance is secured. <P>SOLUTION: A first leg 931, a second leg 942, a second leg 941, and a first leg are extended from first and second sides of a flat plate 91 having a top face 92. A first engagement part and a second engagement part 943 are installed in the confronted face of the first leg 931 and the second leg 941 in an extending direction tip of the legs. A first abutted face 431 having a first engaged part 432 is disposed in a first side 43 of a brim 4. The first engaged part is also arranged on a second side. The first engaged part and a second engaged part 542 are installed in a brim 5 in the same structure as the brim 4. The first engagement part, the second engagement part 943, and the first engaged part 432 and the second engaged part of the brim 4 are engaged.
