PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a foamed molded product capable of smoothly demolding the foamed molded product in the state not caught by the fastener support member provided to the surface of a cavity in a protruded state and capable of easily fixing the fastener support member to the cavity surface of a mold, and the mold. SOLUTION: The wedge-shaped protruded part 28, which is provided to the cavity surface 31a and of which the width dimension is gradually increased toward the protruding direction S of a rail 2 while gradually reduced toward a demolding direction D, is locked with a wedge-shaped recessed part 27, which is provided to the rail 2 and of which the width dimension is gradually increased toward the protruding direction S of the rail 2 while gradually reduced toward the demolding direction D, to provide the rail 2 to the cavity surface 31a in a protruded state. When a foamable resin raw material is supplied into the mold to be foamed and the foamed molded product after cured is demolded in the direction D crossing the protruding direction S of the rail 2, the foamed molded product is demolded from the mold along with the rail 2 before the rail 2 is detached from the foamed molded product.
