PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency amplifying circuit including a higher harmonic processing circuit capable of finely adjusting an attenuation electrode for a desired higher harmonic band with a small number of components and is made small-sized and stable. SOLUTION: In the higher harmonic processing circuit 14, capacitance by chip capacitors 17 and 19 and parasitic inductances 32 and 33 of grounds 20 and 21 where chip capacitors 17 and 19 are connected and via holes 22 and 23 operate as an LC resonating element, and the higher harmonic processing circuit is embodied as a polarized low-pass filter. Further, the parasitic inductances 32 and 33 can finely be adjusted with positions where the first chip capacitor and second chip capacitor 19 are arranged. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
