PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit module capable of efficiently cooling a heat-generating element, and to provide an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A power source unit as an electronic circuit module is provided with a plurality of circuit elements; a printed wiring board 52 on which the plurality of circuit elements are mounted; and a cover 53 of an approximately U-shaped cross section attached on the rear surface of the printed wiring board 52 so as to superficially cover the heat-generating element among the plurality of circuit elements, and forming a hollow portion 53A in cooperation with the rear surface. A cut 532A1 for introducing a cooling air into the hollow portion 53A is formed on the cover 53. A communicating portion 521 for communicating between the inside and outside of the hollow portion 53A is formed on the neighboring position of the heat-generating element on the printed wiring board 52.
