PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head arm, a head moving mechanism, a disk apparatus and a manufacturing method of the head arm which enables high speed positioning of a head. SOLUTION: This head arm is a main body arranged partially on a recording carrier, a first plane opposing to the recording carrier and a second plane opposing to the first plane have the main body which is not penetrated when seen from the recording carrier on the recording carrier.
