PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vector data processing system for rapidly and efficiently processing vector data. SOLUTION: A vector data processing processor is composed of: a register having areas for storing a plurality of vector element data and areas for storing information showing whether data are stored in every area or not; a calculation part for executing calculation of data according to a calculation instruction; and a control part for reading data to be calculated from the register and send them to the calculation part based on the calculation instruction and the information stored in the register.
