PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide color sensitive material used for a proof in which the stability of a white background and resistance to the variation of the concentration in the plane after preservation over a long period are improved. SOLUTION: The silver halide color sensitive material has a blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer at least containing a silver halide emulsion and a hydrophilic colloidal layer, formed on a support, wherein the blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer contains a compound expressed by general formula [1], the hydrophilic colloidal layer contains white pigment, and it is treated with a color developing solution containing a compound whose LogP to water is 0.9 to 1.5 (except benzyl alcohol).
