PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device and an electronic apparatus equipped with the sensor capable of precisely detecting the acceleration to a vehicle by correcting the positional error caused by the fixing angle to the vehicle without increasing the production cost or lowering the yield of the production. SOLUTION: The angular velocity sensor 10 comprises: the detector element 27 for detecting an physical amount having direction and magnitude such as angular velocity etc., with a certain directionality; and the fixing part 26 for fixing and supporting the detection element 27. Wherein, the detection element 27 is fixed to the fixing part 26 with an inclination reduced by the previously set reduction angle in a reduction direction for reducing the angular difference estimated as the difference of the direction of the physical amount actually applied on the detection element 27 and the direction of the detection axis G.
