PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displaying device for a vehicle rear seat which prevents the visibility from being obstructed even when an indoor light irradiates the displaying device for the rear seat being operated, and also, facilitates constitution of an indoor ceiling. SOLUTION: This displaying device is equipped with a display panel 10, a position changing mechanism 14, and a light emission controlling means. In this case, the display panel 10 is provided under a suspended configuration on the ceiling section of a cabin, and on the surface of which a light-emitting display screen for displaying specified information is displayed for passengers on the rear seat. The position changing mechanism 14 turnably supports the display panel 10 at a suspending position at which the light-emitting display screen faces downward in such a manner that the rear surface of the display panel turns in a manner to be folded from the suspending position to a horizontal vicinity state facing the ceiling section. The light emission controlling means makes the light-emitting display screen function as a lower light emitting section by making the light emitting display screen facing downward emit light by a specified timing.
