PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traction hook structure for holding strength against traction force without hindering shock absorption by side members. SOLUTION: A pair of leg parts 16 and 17 of a traction hook 10 are supported at rear end parts 12 of the side members 11 by mutually shifting supporting points of each of the leg parts 16 and 17 to the side members 11 in the vehicle longitudinal direction so that traction force may be applied as twisting force to a connecting part 18 for connecting the leg parts 16 and 17. At least a part of a deformed part 13 provided at each of the rear end parts 12 of the side members 11 is formed between the supporting points of the leg parts 16 and 17 to each of the side members 11.
