FIELD: chemical technology; methods of preparation of solutions of preset properties; farming; medicine and other industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes action on water-soluble salt solution by direct electric current in chambers of diaphragm-type electrolyzer. Water soluble salt is introduced into solution thus obtained in the amount sufficient for forming two-phase system consisting of saturated solution and equilibrial salt sediment which are used after separation for activation of new solutions.
