FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: catcher comprises chute-like housing with branch pipe for supplying unfiltered diffusion juice, grid cylindrical drum mounted on the shaft inside the housing, frame which is mounted on the shaft and whose surface facing the grid cylindrical drum has needle flexible pins for cleaning opening of the drum grid, receiver for filtered juice, hopper for the pulp and shaft drive having the electric motor, and chain gear with gear wheels mounted on the shaft. The catcher for pulp is provided with the flow rate controller of the unfiltered diffusion juice comprising, connected in series, comparator, control unit, electronic amplifier with the unit of nonlinear feed back and magnetic amplifier provided with rectifiers at its outputs. The shaft speed controller is interposed between the electric motor and chain gear and is made of a block of powder electromagnetic clutches connected with the magnetic amplifier. The branch pipe for supplying unfiltered diffusion juice is provided with a pickup of juice flow rate connected with the comparator of the flow rate controller. ^ EFFECT: reduced power consumption. ^ 1 dwg |
