<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a document system to create print data for display and read the data quickly during display if there is a warning as the result of checks on whether or not the data will be normally outputted by a device to which the data are outputted. <P>SOLUTION: The document processing system includes a means for reading documents; a means for interpreting documents; a means for creating print data; a means for determining whether or not there is a warning about each page; and a means for creating editing data if there is a warning and for linking the editing data with the previously created print data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
